About Us
Viberiva
A small team that plans,
books and runs events
There are nine of us. We do the planning, the vendor calls, the permissions, the run sheet and the bit at 4 a.m. where someone has to stay behind and count the chairs back in. Weddings one week, a dealer meet the next.

Some of what
we’ve done
We started in 2016 doing college fests around Delhi, mostly because nobody else wanted the 2 a.m. load-in. Since then: dealer meets, sangeets, product launches, a couple of festivals, and one rooftop gig the police shut down at eleven. The job is the same every time. Work out what the client actually wants, then handle the hundred small things that have to happen for it to look easy on the night.

A decade of
late nights
Half of these were taken after midnight by whoever on the crew still had a phone with battery. We keep them because the polished shots never show how it actually goes.
